Material Hibrida Mg/Al-HT Terinterkalasi Asam 3,4,5-Trihidroksibenzoat Dengan Metode Kopresipitasi Melalui Mikro Reaktor-T

The material of Mg/Al hydrotalcite (Mg/Al-HT-ATBH) intercalated with 3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoic acid
(THBA) had been successfully synthesized by coprecipitation using a T-type microchannel reactor. The
synthesized hybrids were characterized by XRD and FT-IR. The result showed that intercalation of THBA
into Mg/Al-HT-THBA reached optimum condition at medium acidity equal to pH 8 with molar ratio of
Mg2+:Al3+: THBA was 2:1:0,5. Characterization using FT-IR and XRD showed that THBA was intercalated in the interlayer of Mg/Al-HT-THBA replacing NO3-ions. The value of basal spacing d003 shifted from 11.27° to 6.74° and therefore the interlayer distance increased from 7.84 to 13.10 Å.
