This study was a quantitative study, with a One Group pre-test – post-test Design. The sample of this study was 37 students. The data collection technique in this study used a pre-test and post-test of 5 questions. The pre-test results showed that students' problem-solving abilities got an average score of 53.4 (low). The results of the post-test activity showed that students' skills had increased with an average score of 86.8 (high). The post-test results showed an increase in students' problem-solving abilities. The results of the normality test using the Shapiro-Wilk test showed that the pre-test and post-test data were normally distributed with a value of 0.216 (p>0.05) and 0.235 (p>0.05). The results of the homogeneity test using the Levene test showed homogeneous data with a value of 0.054 (p>0.05). The results of the paired sample t-test obtained a significance value of 0.00 (p≤0.05), so it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test scores on students' problem-solving abilities. The N-Gain results from the pre-test and post-test scores showed a score of 0.72, indicating a high increase in students' problem-solving abilities in the Momentum and Impulse material.
Rafika Parwati Sujito Sujito Khusaini Khusaini Hari Wisodo Sulur Sulur Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Riset Pendidikan Fisika 2025-05-24 2025-05-24 10 1 38 46 10.17977/um058v10i12025p38-46 Peningkatan Minat dan Hasil Belajar Fisika dengan Model Guided Discovery Learning Berbantuan Web-Based Simulation https://journal-fmipa.um.ac.id/index.php/jrpf/article/view/478
The study aims to: (1) determine the feasibility of the Physics learning tool in the Guided Discovery Learning (GDL) model assisted by Web-Based Simulation to enhance students' interest and learning outcomes, (2) identify the increase in students' interest in learning after implementing the GDL learning model assisted by Web-Based Simulation, and (3) assess the improvement in students' learning outcomes after applying the GDL learning model assisted by Web-Based Simulation. This study aims to systematically review the implementation of formative feedback in physics education using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method based on PRISMA guidelines. A total of 25 articles indexed in SINTA and Scopus from 2018 to 2025 were analyzed. The findings indicate that most studies employed quantitative and Research and Development (R&D) methods, focusing mainly on high school students. Formative feedback was commonly developed through digital media such as e-books, e-modules, web platforms, and mobile applications, integrated into strategies like software simulations, feedback loops, IDEAL, and POE. This study highlights the crucial role of formative feedback in improving physics learning. Future studies are recommended to expand research through qualitative or mixed-method approaches and conduct comparative and longitudinal studies to assess its long-term effectiveness across various physics topics.
Ivan Danar Aditya Irawan Nur Akhyar Basri Sentot Kusairi Muizzatul Islamiyah Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Riset Pendidikan Fisika 2025-05-17 2025-05-17 10 1 39 52 10.17977/um058v10i12025p39-52
